Warmonger at playwarmonger.com is operated and sold by Si Harris, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: support@playwarmonger.com. By playing Warmonger you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Warmonger is a general-audience game you can play in your browser without an account. To create an account you must be at least 13. To buy paid content you must be 18 or over, or aged 13 to 17 with the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
The base game — the Human characters and The Orc Invasion campaign — is free to play in your browser, no account needed. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to play it, and the same licence covers any add-on content you buy, for as long as your account holds it. Warmonger, its artwork, characters, rules text, music and code are our property (or used under licence) and may not be copied, redistributed or exploited commercially without permission.
Signing in is optional and free; it saves your progress, trophies and purchases across devices. Keep your sign-in details secure — you're responsible for what's done with your account. Don't share, sell or transfer accounts. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time via support@playwarmonger.com.
Warmonger's base game is free. We also offer optional add-on content, such as additional playable factions, characters and campaigns. Each add-on is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and unlocks permanently on your signed-in account. What's available, and the price, is shown at checkout and includes VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe, and the content unlocks on your account immediately once payment is confirmed. Prices and the content on offer may change over time; that never affects anything you've already bought. An account is required, because the purchase is stored against it.
Because the content is digital and delivered immediately, by completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). This is stated again at checkout before you pay.
That waiver doesn't affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty, not as described, or doesn't work — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in those cases. And beyond what the law requires: if something's gone wrong with a purchase — a double charge, a payment on the wrong account, a genuine mistake — email support@playwarmonger.com and we'll put it right at our discretion.
Warmonger is a live game: we patch, rebalance and change content regularly — that's part of the product. We aim to keep the game and your entitlements available, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability forever. If we ever permanently discontinue any paid content, we'll say so with reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under UK law — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, the game is provided as-is: we're not liable for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for lost save data on your own device or browser.
We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. We may update these terms; if we make a significant change we'll flag it in the game, and the date above always shows the current version. Continued play after a change means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home nation.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stay in force.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the game.
